March 17, 2026 | GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute

The Biennal 2026 Conference & Award in Brief
On March 17, we convened a full house of leaders, investors, and policymakers at the GDI to move beyond slogans and accelerate gender equity toward 2030. The day was defined by high-impact masterclasses, expert insights, and the inaugural launch of the BFBI Biennal 2026 Conference & Awards. We are now turning these shared insights into a long-term, measurable roadmap for change.

Voices from the Room

“While there is still a significant amount of work to be done to reach our goals, I left feeling inspired that together, we have the collective power to move forward and drive real change.”

“It was a truly great event, a powerful, high-energy day filled with meaningful dialogue and clear, actionable steps toward gender equity.”

“I really like the three initiatives that won the vote; they are all excellent, high-impact topics that I look forward to exploring further as we continue this journey.”
