FE+MALE Think Tank brings together decision-makers from non-competing organisations for an expert facilitator-led afternoon focused on where bias quietly enters everyday calls on hiring, promotion, pay and performance.
Drawing on the Best Practices Guide 2026, participants work through two realistic diagnostic cases guided by experienced facilitators, exchange perspectives across sectors, and leave with concrete first steps for their own organisation, backed by a summary report and follow-up group coaching.
