The Beat Funding Bias Initiative addresses unconscious biases in funding decisions and empowers investors, founders, experts, and coaches to overcome them. By raising awareness and providing practical tools, the initiative helps create fairer, more inclusive funding environments.

Currently, we are developing an e-learning platform where participants can learn to identify and break these biases, fostering equity in entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Innova Trends bridges the gap between academic research and real-world impact by amplifying scholarly work focused on closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship.

By bringing fresh perspectives and research papers into the public sphere, Innova Trends ensures that valuable insights and potential solutions don’t get lost, but instead contribute to tangible progress.

In 2023, FE+MALE launched the Inclusive Way Initiative (TIWI) that aims to advance findings from the Bern University of Applied Sciences’ study on promoting female entrepreneurship in Switzerland.

TIWI followed a three-pillar approach: raising awareness through workshops and forums, increasing market knowledge via stakeholder insights, and developing tools to boost the percentage of women entrepreneurs.

Through an impactful workshop, an expert roundtable, and a public forum, TIWI has successfully engaged 20 organizations, fostering collaboration and solutions across policy, advocacy, education, and tool development to break barriers for female founders.
